Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI)
Home-Start Cymru is committed to equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI). Developed with input from staff, volunteers, families and trustees, our EDI Strategy sets out how we will create a more inclusive, equitable and welcoming organisation for everyone we work with and support.
Over the next four years, we will focus on three key aims:
- Increasing diversity across our organisation
- Strengthening our understanding and delivery of equitable practice
- Actively addressing inequalities experienced by families, staff and volunteers
Together, we are working towards a Wales where everyone feels respected, valued and included.
