Dan Broderick

Dan leads PR and communications at Home-Start Cymru, overseeing national campaigns, media relations and digital strategy across Wales. Since joining in 2023, he has helped strengthen the charity’s visibility, grow volunteer recruitment and amplify the voices of families through impactful storytelling.

Alongside his role, Dan works as a communications consultant supporting charities and non-profit sector organisations. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in International Public Relations and Global Communications Management from Cardiff University and is passionate about using communications to drive positive social change.
