Dan Broderick

Dan is the PR, Marketing and Communications Lead at Home-Start Cymru, leading the charity’s national communications, media relations, campaigns and digital strategy across Wales. Having joined the organisation in 2023 as PR, Marketing and Communications Manager, he has since progressed into his current leadership role, helping to strengthen the charity’s profile, grow volunteer recruitment and amplify the voices of families through impactful storytelling. Prior to Home-Start Cymru, Dan held communications roles across the third sector, including at Learning Disability Wales and the MS Society Cymru, bringing extensive experience in strategic communications, public affairs and stakeholder engagement. He is an Accredited Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) and holds a Postgraduate Diploma with Distinction in International Public Relations and Communications Management from Cardiff University.
